Our delivery charges vary according to the location where you live, we deliver worldwide. Charges to the UK and Europe are at a fixed rate for parcels up to 30kg. Delivery for Far East, Australasia, USA, Canada and the rest of the world are weight based. See our locations and charges delivery table for more information.
Sending your items
We aim to process your order immediately, however some delays may occur. We may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock; however we will only charge you one postage fee. If any item ordered is out of stock we will inform you either via email or by phone. Items will be sent to you as soon as possible once in stock. We will then advise if part of your order is being shipped and when we expect the remainder part of your order to be delivered.
A signature is required for the delivery of items. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. However, for all orders delivered in the UK, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. See our delivery time table.
Please note: That it is the service provider who guarantees delivery within 48hrs in the UK and not Colostrum Products Distributors Ltd. Any complaints should therefore be addressed to Parcelforce.

Any dispatched parcel from us can be tracked via the Parcelforce Online tracking system. To track any package, just follow the simple instructions below:

Parcelforce deliver to an address, not a named individual when no one is available to accept the item a card will be left informing the recipient of the alternative delivery options available to them or chosen for them by Parcelforce Worldwide.
Our offices will be closed during bank holidays and the Christmas holiday period from the 20th December to 2nd of January. All queries and orders during this time will be processed after the 2nd of January or the first day back.
