Returns & Refunds


Our returns policy

Our aim is to supply goods which meet our customers’ expectations. If you find any product purchase to be unsatisfactory or you are not satisfied with our product you can return the item to us for a replacement or a full refund. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please return your unwanted product and packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: we will only accept returned items that have not been used or damaged. Any opened or used items will not be refunded.

Returned items will be checked and if found to have been used or opened no refund will be given. You must notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 21 working days of receipt of goods.

We must be able to resell goods in as 'new condition'. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.

Please allow 21 working days for refunds to be processed. Any returns made past 30 days will not be accepted.

Please note: when sending items back to us, responsibility and cost of returning the item must be met by the customer. We advise taking out adequate insurance to cover any loss or damage incurred during transit. We will be unable to refund items that have been damaged during transit.

Goods lost in transit

Items which have not been delivered within 10 working days for the UK are classed as lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within the specified time period we will raise an enquiry with our courier, until we have confirmation from Parcelforce we will be unable to refund or re-dispatch any goods. All enquiries are dealt with within 48hrs, however please allow up to 7 working days for Parcelforce to respond to our enquiry.

Damaged or Broken

In the event of breakage or damage or you suspect the contents to be broken or damaged, do not open the parcel and return it to us for a replacement. Our holvita™ liquid colostrum is packaged in glass bottles, we go to great lengths to ensure the items are packed and protected to reach you safely, accidents can happen, but are rare. If you have suspicion of damage or you see that the box is wet or is leaking, do not accept the parcel from the courier and return it. Contact us and we will replace the item upon receiving it. We would recommend if possible that you check the package before signing for it. If you have opened the package and find items broken, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations and amendments of orders

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed through our website. You are entitled to return the whole order in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 working days for us to refund your money.
