Q. How do I order ?

A. To order holvita™ products browse our online shop via the left hand side menu. When you have selected an item you would like to purchase, simply choose the ammount and click add to the shopping basket. You will then be taken to our shopping cart where you can check out or return to continue shopping. Read our how to shop for help.

A. If you have any questions regarding shopping at holvita.co.uk, you can contact us at info@holvita.co.uk. We would be happy to answer any questions relating to placing an order, merchandise listed for sale or products you have already purchased.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit & debit cards (excepting Visa Electron), cheques, postal orders, bank transfers and of course cash if collecting in person.

Q. Can I order by phone or fax?

A.Yes you can order by phone by calling us on (023) 92 478689. We do not currently accept order by fax.

A. No. Finalised orders cannot be changed. If you are unhappy with your purchase then please return it back to us. Read our Returns & Refund instructions.

A. For UK see table below. We deliver worldwide with Parcelforce, for full details and pricing see Delivery & Charges.

Q. How long should I expect to wait for my products to arrive?

A. Orders placed within the UK usually arrive within 2-3 working days

UK delivery times
Deliveries to UK businesses and residential addresses are usually made between 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (depending on the service used) We offer a standard 2-3 working day delivery service and next day delivery service before 10am. For prices see our Delivery & Charges for more information.

International delivery times
International deliveries (Europe, Far East, Australasia, USA, Canada and rest of the world) are made during standard business hours, which very from country to country. Please see www.parcelforce.com/countries for more information.

Parcelforce deliver to an address, not a named individual when no one is available to accept the item a card will be left informing the recipient of the alternative delivery options available to them or chosen for them by Parcelforce Worldwide.

We take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information we hold about you from misuse and loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We will not share any of your details with any party.

All credit/debit transactions go through Paypal secure payments.

Q. Can I return an item and get a refund ?

A. Yes you can. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase in order to get a refund. We will only refund an item if the item cam be re-sold. Damaged, opened or tamprered with items will not be refunded. See our Returns & refunds. for more information.

Q. What if my parcel arrived damaged?

A. If your items arrived damaged, you will need to get in touch with us either by phone or via email. We advise that you check your delivery for damages before you sign for it. Once signed for it in effect means you are happy with the products condition. See our Returns & Refunds for more information.
